We collect a 50% deposit before the project begins and charge the remaining 50% once the project is complete. Alternate payment plans are also available upon request.

We offer up to 2-3 rounds of revisions depending on the package. If additional revisions are needed, they can be provided at an hourly rate.

If you want to add a page with content already created, you can either copy an existing canvas or use a pre-built page template (under Templates).

1. Open the Showit Canvas view and navigate to the page or section where you want to place the video.
2. From the left toolbar, click the “+” icon and select Embed Code.
3. Paste the embed code of your video (from YouTube or Vimeo) into the embed box.
For YouTube: Go to the video on YouTube, click Share > Embed, and copy the code.
For Vimeo: Go to the video, click Share > Embed, and copy the code.
Tip: If you’re using a self-hosted video, upload it to your site’s Media Library and copy the file’s URL, then embed it using the HTML5 <video> tag.
1.Open your Showit website and navigate to the Canvas where you want to add an image.
2.Click the “+” icon in the left toolbar and select Image.
3.In the right-hand panel, click Select Image to upload a new image or choose one from your Showit media library.
4.Adjust the size, position, and opacity of the image using the Design panel.
Tip: Use high-resolution images for a professional look, but optimize file sizes to keep your site loading fast.
Option 1: Uploading Custom Icons (PNG or SVG)
1.Click the “+” icon and select Image to upload an icon in PNG or SVG format.
2.Resize and position the icon using the drag handles or enter precise width/height values in the Design panel.
3.If necessary, apply a color overlay in the right-hand panel to match your site’s branding.
Option 2: Using Font-Based Icons (Via Canva or Third-Party SVGs)
1.Download an SVG version of your desired icon from a site like Flaticon or FontAwesome.
2.Upload it to Showit as an image and place it where needed.
Some icons may need background transparency—use a tool like Canva to adjust before uploading.

Yes, you’ll need to purchase your Showit subscription. There are multiple plans available — we recommend the Tier 2 option if you want to use the blog design included in your template. You can view the plans here. Let us know via contact form if you have any questions.
You’ll also need to purchase your domain name if you don’t already have one and font licensing if you’re adding any premium fonts. But Showit comes with thousands of Google fonts already free to use :)
Showit’s support team can easily transfer your domain over to Showit. Start by contacting them through the platform’s chat box. A team member will respond with DNS records and instructions on applying them to your domain.
You’ll receive everything you need to publish your new site—embedded Google fonts, graphics, font guides, etc. As well as the Share Key to add the template to your Showit account. Any questions please email info@vividhause.com and we will get back within 24 business hours.
